    HENDRIX GROUP EXPERIENCES

     
    Thank you for your interest in Hendrix College! We look forward to seeing you on campus. If you plan to visit Hendrix College with 8 or more high school (9th - 12th grade) students, please review our group visit policy before requesting a visit.

    Group Visit Policy

    Group visits are available most Tuesdays through Thursdays. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate groups on weekends or during the months of January and December.

    • During your visit, your group will have the opportunity to: 

    • Experience an overview of the Hendrix College admission process. 

    • Complete a campus walk with Hendrix student guides. 

    • Enjoy lunch in the Hendrix Cafeteria.*     

    All groups with students must provide one adult chaperone for every 10 students. Campus tours will be led by current Hendrix students, and chaperones are asked to accompany these groups. The Office of Admission at Hendrix College reserves the right to cancel the campus visit if enough chaperones are not available. 

    Please request your campus visit date at least two weeks in advance of your proposed visit day. The visit will be confirmed by the Office of Admission via email with the date, time, and arrival location.

    * Lunch must be requested prior to the visit day and will be at the expense of the attending group. The cost is $12.25 per person and checks may be made out to 'Hendrix College Office of Admission.'

    Visit Options for Students in 8th Grade and Under 
    We are excited about your early interest in Hendrix College! Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to offer guided campus walks for students in 8th grade or under. You are more than welcome to explore Hendrix College on your own to find out a little about college life. Download a Campus Map
