    HENDRIX GROUP EXPERIENCES

     
    Thank you for your interest in Hendrix College! We look forward to seeing you on campus and want to ensure you make the most of your Hendrix College Experience. If you plan to visit Hendrix College with 8 or more high school (9th - 12th grade) students, please review our group visit policy before requesting a visit. 

    Group visits are available most Tuesdays through Thursdays. We do not offer group visits on any Saturdays or Sundays or any weekdays during the months of December or January through April.

    During your visit, your group will have the opportunity to:
    • Experience an overview of the Hendrix College admission process.
    • Complete a campus walk with current student guides.
    • Enjoy lunch in the Hendrix Cafeteria.*    
    All groups with students must provide one adult chaperone for every 10 students. Campus walks will be led by current Hendrix students and chaperones are asked to accompany these walks. The Office of Admission at Hendrix College reserves the right to cancel the campus walk if enough chaperones are not available.

    We ask you request your campus visit date at least two weeks in advance of your proposed visit day. The visit will be confirmed by the Office of Admission via email giving you the date, time, and arrival location. Groups who do not show up for a scheduled visit or cancel within 24-hours of their visit day will be reviewed prior to future group visit requests.

    We ask your group to respect Hendrix College, its students, faculty, and staff. Failure to do so may result in an early conclusion to the campus visit and review upon future campus visit requests.

    * Lunch must be requested prior to the visit day and will be at the expense of the attending group. The cost is $12.25 per person and checks may be made out to 'Hendrix College Office of Admission.' 
      

    Visit Options for Students in 8th Grade and Under 
    We are excited about your early interest in Hendrix College! Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to offer guided campus walks for students in 8th grade or under. You are more than welcome to explore Hendrix College on your own to find out a little about college life. Download a Campus Map
